Job Title: Power Chip Device Design Engineer
Division/Department: CCO_Technical Development
Location: Tianjin
Your Responsibilities:
1. Design PN structures and define doping concentrations for semiconductor
devices
2. Perform simulations using software like TCAD to analyze device performance
and optimize design parameters
3. Collaborate with fabrication engineers and other team members to develop
manufacturable device designs
4. Analyze and interpret simulation results to identify areas for improvement
and refine
5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor
device design methodologies
6. Prepare technical reports and documentation related to device design
activities
Our Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
2. In-depth understanding of semiconductor physics, device design principles,
and fabrication processes
3. Hands-on experience with semiconductor device simulation tools and methods,
such as TCAD
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
