01歷史沿革college history

天津大學(xué)（tianjin university），其前身為北洋大學(xué)，始建于1895年10月2日，是中國第一所現(xiàn)代大學(xué)，開中國近代高等教育之先河。天津大學(xué)最早的管理學(xué)教育可追溯至北洋大學(xué)建校初期，并在1942年“西北聯(lián)大”時期正式增設(shè)工業(yè)管理系。改革開放后，全國最早恢復(fù)管理學(xué)教育，1978年，成立系統(tǒng)工程研究所，系全國最早創(chuàng)立系統(tǒng)工程研究所的四所高校之一。1979年，成立管理工程系。1984年，經(jīng)教育部批準(zhǔn)成立管理學(xué)院，天津大學(xué)成為新中國高校最早創(chuàng)立管理學(xué)院的四所院校之一。2009年，天津大學(xué)率先在管理和經(jīng)濟學(xué)科群試行學(xué)部制改革，成立管理與經(jīng)濟學(xué)部。

tianjinuniversity, formerly known aspeiyanguniversity, was founded on october 2, 1895, aschina’s first modern university, pioneering modern higher education in the country.the university’s management education traces its origins to the early days ofpeiyanguniversityand was formally established with the creation of the department of industrial management in 1942 during the “northwestuniteduniversity” period.followingchina’s reform and opening-up,tianjinuniversitywas among the first to restore management education nationwide.in 1978, it established theinstituteofsystems engineering, one of the earliest such institutes among four universities in china.in 1979, the department of management engineering was founded.in 1984, with the approval of the ministry of education,tianjinuniversityestablished theschoolofmanagement, becoming one of the first four institutions in new china to create a management school.in 2009,tianjinuniversitytook the lead in implementing a faculty system reform for its management and economics disciplines, establishing thecollegeofmanagementand economics.

02學(xué)科分布&師資力量discipline scope & faculty member team

管理與經(jīng)濟學(xué)部學(xué)科覆蓋面廣，涵蓋管理學(xué)門類的管理科學(xué)與工程、工商管理學(xué)、公共管理學(xué)三個一級學(xué)科，經(jīng)濟學(xué)門類的應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟學(xué)一級學(xué)科及工科門類的系統(tǒng)工程二級學(xué)科等。學(xué)部在學(xué)科建設(shè)中取得了突出成績，其中管理科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科入選國家一流學(xué)科，并在軟科2024年最好學(xué)科排名中位列第2（前1%）；工商管理學(xué)科也取得了歷史性突破。

college of management and economics offers a broad spectrum of disciplines, encompassing three first-level disciplines in management—management science and engineering, business administration, and public administration—as well as the first-level discipline of applied economics within economics and the second-level discipline of systems engineering within engineering.the college has achieved remarkable success in disciplinary development, with management science and engineering selected as a national first-class discipline and ranked 2nd (top 1%) in the 2024 best chinese subjects ranking.the business administration discipline has also made historic breakthroughs.

學(xué)部擁有一支高水平的教學(xué)科研團(tuán)隊，現(xiàn)有專業(yè)教師196人，包括教授66人，副教授91人，講師39人，其中國家級領(lǐng)軍人才10人，國家級青年人才10人，天津市教學(xué)名師3人，“寶鋼優(yōu)秀教師獎”獲得者9人。

學(xué)部通過了中國高質(zhì)量mba教育認(rèn)證（camea）、amba認(rèn)證和aacsb認(rèn)證。2018年7月，在學(xué)位中心公布的全國首次專業(yè)學(xué)位水平評估結(jié)果中，天津大學(xué)mba項目被評為a（天津市唯一）。

學(xué)部獲批了首批教育部哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)重點實驗室（培育）、天津大學(xué)國家儲能技術(shù)產(chǎn)教融合創(chuàng)新平臺（全國高校首批三所之一）、國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略實施研究基地等在內(nèi)的10余個國家級和省部級科研平臺。

為提升國際化辦學(xué)水平，學(xué)部于2014年9月成立天津大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟學(xué)科國際顧問委員會（以下簡稱“委員會”）。委員會是由全球著名商（政）界領(lǐng)袖、知名管理學(xué)家和經(jīng)濟學(xué)家以及社會賢達(dá)組成的高端顧問機構(gòu)，旨在為天津大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟學(xué)科的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)與審議、資源匯集與整合，并作為管理與經(jīng)濟學(xué)部與國際學(xué)界、業(yè)界溝通對話的橋梁。學(xué)部先后聘任三屆委員會委員。第三屆委員會成員包括格力電器董事長兼總裁董明珠；前愛丁堡皇家學(xué)會副主席、中國科學(xué)院外籍院士、美國工程院外籍院士tariq s.durrani；美國工程院院士、邁阿密大學(xué)教授james m.tien等13位委員。

to enhance the level of international education, the college established the international advisory board for the discipline of management and economics attianjinuniversityin september 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the "board").the board is a prestigious advisory body composed of globally renowned business and political leaders, distinguished management scholars, economists, and prominent societal figures.it aims to provide strategic guidance and review for the long-term development of the discipline of management and economics attianjinuniversity, facilitate resource aggregation and integration, and serve as a bridge for communication and dialogue between the college and international academic and industrial communities.the college has successively appointed three cohorts of board members.the third cohort includes 13 members, such as dong mingzhu, chairman and president of gree electric appliances; tariq s.durrani, former vice president of the royal society of edinburgh, foreign member of the chinese academy of sciences, and foreign member of the u.s.national academy of engineering; and james m.tien, member of the u.s.national academy of engineering and professor at the university of miami.
