職位描述：
職責(zé)描述：
1. audit suppliers for conformity to established standards for initial qualification and conducts audits at planned intervals thereafter to assure continued adherence to the fsip supplier quality manual.
2. monitor supplier performance on a monthly basis and take action when needed to correct poor performance.
3. coordinate apqp and ppap processes to validate and verify components meet customer specifications and requirements.
4. monitor rejected material notifications (rmn's) to determine actions needed for containment and corrective actions.
5. evaluate changes to supplier processes for impact to form, fit and function.
6. support the fsip qms to assure compliance with iso9001/iatf 16949 standards.
7. promote continual improvement
8. develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
9. assess processes, take measurements, interpret data, and suggest improvements
10. investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
11. develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
12. assist teams in carrying out implementation of the procedures you design
13. manage cost and time constraints
14. perform risk assessments and process capability studies
15. follow-up on customer complaints and quality issues and develop effective corrective actions utilizing tools such as fault tree analysis and 8d
16. clearly communicate ideas and findings to management and colleagues
任職要求：
1. bachelor's degree required, preferred in engineering or advanced mathematics
2. at least 3 years of engineering experience, preferred automotive experience
3. excellent technical skills and eye for detail
4. strong interpersonal skills
5. excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. ability to work well independently and with a team
7. proficiency with computer and information technology
8. iso9001 experience
9. proven history in improving process efficiency
10. must be comfortable with integrating new technology into an existing business environment
11. thorough understanding of scientific and mathematical principles
