must be able to operate all equipment in heat treatment. o establish process and equipment operating procedures and support creation of necessary documents such as job element sheets, work procedures, visual aids etc. o ensure a stable process. optmize process and equipment operation to support oa and ftq targets. o audit department standardized work, process checks and documentation for effectiveness. o help trouble-shoot equipment failures using structured and effective problem-solving techniques. o where necessary, organize support from other departments such as maintenance, facilities, quality and purchasing to support oa and ftq targets and maximize equipment uptime. o strictly follow established business practices and quality systems of the organization. o lead customer complaint resolution efforts for the department such as 8ds, 5-why etc. o ensure gages, testers, instruments, thermocouples etc., are in correct calibration and functional state. o coach and provide assistance to tl and operator as and when required. o support high housekeeping standards and culture of 5s. ? continuous improvement o actively drive kaizen activities and constantly seek out cost reduction opportunities. o maintain process fmeas up to date and lead efforts for rpn reduction. o partner with quality team to generate adequate process control plans (pcp) and audits. o use tools such as spc and msa effectively to ensure process stability and quality. ? projects and planning o planning and commissioning of resources, measuring/testing instruments, tools and machines. o support the supervisor to maintain department capacity model and forcasts. o support ame and program management team on new programs and on apqp activities. o lead new equipment projects, cradle to grave (from rfq to sop). o ensure layout of the department is maintained up to date. ?

正規(guī)的本科學(xué)歷
5年以上熱處理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
