職位描述:
duties and responsibilities:
1.coordination of test activities performed by multiple testers across teams/departments;
2.make test analysis and review test cases;
3.preparation of test prerequisites (like test data, test environment);
4.record and monitor issues/defects, communicate with it analyst team and development team in the resolution, re-test fixes/solutions/issues, execute manual tests with various technologies;
5.test status/progress report;
6.create and maintain test documentation.
requirements:
1.personal characteristics.
(1)bachelor or equivalent degree in it;
(2)fluent english (spoken and written);
(3)customer oriented, eye for details;
(4)good team player and communication/negotiate skills across different teams (business & it);
(5)excellent analytical skills ;
(6)awareness of business impact from reported issues;
(7)ability to work independently under pressure, reliability and flexibility.
2.experience and expertise.
(1)at least 5 years’ experience in it test or development;
(2)skilled in test theory, test design and execution;
(3)skilled in problem analysis and investigation;
(4)skilled in coordination/negotiate/communication;
(5)good understanding of it applications/architecture/data flow;
(6)knowledge of sql, xsd, wsdl, and development tools/languages;
(7)advanced experience with ms office (visio, excel, word).
3.nice-to-have areas.
(1)experience with mobile applications;
(2)experience/knowledge with it project management and delivery lifecycle ;
(3)familiar with jira, soap ui or other testing tools;
(4)experience/knowledge with it project management and delivery lifecycle.
