1. 帶領(lǐng)團隊進行自動化色譜分離儀器的開發(fā)，能積極開展研發(fā)前的項目討論，對分配的任務(wù)理清思路，并制定研發(fā)方案，獨立承擔項目以及完成項目負責人的工作；

2. 指導儀器研發(fā)團隊進行電子元器件的選型、電路原理圖和pcb圖的繪制與整理、下位機程序的編寫與調(diào)試、解決emc問題等；
coach team to select of electronic devices, design the circuit principle diagram and pcb, debug the program of single chip processor system, solve emc issue.
3. 組織進行研發(fā)樣機的制作與調(diào)試、測試；
lead the project team to make, debug and test the protype of instrument.
4. 設(shè)計文檔（包括圖紙、工藝文件、作業(yè)指導書、檢驗規(guī)范、操作規(guī)程、產(chǎn)品說明書、產(chǎn)品企業(yè)標準、驗收規(guī)則等）的編制整理與下發(fā)生產(chǎn)部門，組織進行轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)活動，協(xié)助生產(chǎn)人員解決生產(chǎn)過程中的問題；

5. 負責新產(chǎn)品、新部件和新技術(shù)調(diào)研，競爭機型技術(shù)分析；

6. 負責與其他部門之間的溝通與協(xié)作，滿足和協(xié)調(diào)公司各相關(guān)部門提出的技術(shù)更新、新產(chǎn)品等技術(shù)需求；
communicate with other departments to satisfy their technical requirements for technic upgradation and new product development.
7. 為生產(chǎn)、檢驗、市場、銷售和售后提供技術(shù)支持，并提供必要的技術(shù)培訓；配合采購部對關(guān)鍵零部件的技術(shù)評估和選型；
provide necessary tech support for other departments, such as manufacturing, qc, mkt and after-sales service; assist procurement to carry out the assessment and selection of the key component.
8. 儀器研發(fā)或生產(chǎn)所用治具、軟硬件測試工具的開發(fā)和維護；
develop and maintain the hardware and software tools for instrument r&d.
9. 協(xié)助解決現(xiàn)有儀器的問題,優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品性能、技術(shù)、工藝、質(zhì)量和成本；
help with making solutions for the issues on existing instruments, optimize their performance, technic, process and cost.
10. 能承擔本部門的成本控制工作以及本部門員工的培養(yǎng)和管理工作，負責團隊目標和工作計劃的制定和高效執(zhí)行,保證部門工作目標的達成；
can undertake the cost control of instrument r&d department, train and manage team members, make target and working plan for the team, implement it with high efficiency to achieve the goal.
任職要求：
1. 電子、測控、精儀自動化或者智能制造專業(yè),碩士及以上學歷；
master degree or higher education in electronics, automation ect.
2. 5年以上工作經(jīng)驗，2年以上儀器研發(fā)團隊或小組領(lǐng)導經(jīng)驗，具有項目管理經(jīng)驗；
at least 5 years of working experience, and more than 2 years as a r&d group supervisor, familiar with project management.
3. 英語讀寫能力優(yōu)秀，聽說能力優(yōu)秀，此為必要條件；
fluent at english, mandatory requirement.
4. 精通數(shù)字電路及模擬電相關(guān)知識；
knowledge of digital and analog circuits.
5. 精通altium designer等eda軟件繪制原理圖和pcb圖；
proficient in drawing schematic diagram and pcb diagram by eda software such as altium designer.
6. 精通c語言和keil軟件，并熟練編寫下位機程序
proficient in c programming language and keil software and coding.
7. 熟悉51系列、stm系列以及arm系列單片機
know well the principle of the mcu such as 51 mcu, stm and arm.
