Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
● Lead Medical Science Manager (MSM) team to be field-base medical expertises
for medical science in assigned disease area and develop and execution of
territory medical plan align with Disease Area medical strategy.
● Strengthen TAE management in the field by building up and continuously
improving the capability and capacity of MSM DA team to ensure high quality
scientific engagement.
● Provide mentorship to MSM for career development.
● Enhance the cross-functional collaboration between MSM team and cross
functional stakeholders.
● Contribute to global innovative initiative development and lead the
implementation in China for
assigned disease area.
● Actively lead cross functions projects as medical expert.
● Ensure strict medical compliance in MSM daily activities.
