Job Title: Production Management
Division/Department: TDP
Location: Tianjin
Key Tasks:
1. Clarify customer demands, amount of samples, timeline, production plan and
etc. Clarify customer special technical requirements
2. Harmonize Technical department internally the measurement requirements for
each sample series and place measurement request at Quality Assurance
department. Create and harmonize a production plan for each sample series based
on customer demands
3. Responsible to setup production planning and alignment with customers
regarding delivery date. Organize parts transportation with Logistics. Organize
the EOL test with Quality Assurance department
4. Create a standard reporting regarding total part usage, not ok rate and
delivery state
5. Responsible for the communication/ exchange between internal and external
project interfaces
6. Participant in TFT Meeting to define standard Parts and critical Parts list
7. Support following activities:
1) the definition of tools and other production equipment
2) Supports Audit (QMS/ Environment/ information safety)
3) Responsible for material management for prototype projects
4) Support create commissioning/production list
5) Support the goal of the ISO 9001 certification
6) Support the 67continuous improvement process“ of the company
