工作職責(zé)
* Megabrand activation in the region- assume the following responsibilities:
Lead the translation of the megabrand design strategy for the region,
leveraging consumer and customer insights and business strategies to create
remarkable brand experiences. Define and deploy brand activation guidelines.
Partner with activation agencies to ensure remarkable in-market execution.
* Regional Innovation- assume the following responsibilities:Lead visual
design for innovations that sit within an approved design system/ architecture.
Lead creation of visual design for key regional innovation. Lead creation of
brand activation guidelines. Partner with activation agencies to ensure
remarkable in-market execution.
* Local pearls - assume the following responsibilities: Define strategic
guiding design principles via translation of Brand Hive/Pyramid. Define brand
design architecture, ensuring optimal portfolio segmentation to enable brand
coherence, and a seamless shopper journey (findability
