Key tasks:
1. Responsible for creating and maintaining the project timeline,

3. Adjust the timeline based on project needs, ensuring tasks are allocated

4. Responsible for the electrical design of the power module, including
schematic drawing and component selection.
5. Responsible for defining the interface between the power module and other
parts of the system, Ensure the power module's hardware and software interfaces
are compatible with the system, Participate in the development and maintenance
of interface specifications documentation.
6. Responsible for formulating technical specifications for power modules
based on customer technical requirements to meet customer requirements.
Qualification and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Power Electronics, Electrical
Engineering or related fields; Proficient in knowledge of power electronics
technology, electrical design, thermal design, and system integration.
2. 3-5 years or more of work experience in power modules or related fields,
with priority given to those with experience in silicon carbide power modules.
3. Familiar with the design principles and manufacturing processes of power
modules, understand the characteristics and application scenarios of silicon
carbide devices.
4. Proficient in circuit simulation software (such as Multisim, PSPICE, etc.),
possessing certain electronic circuit analysis skills.
5. Having good teamwork and communication skills, able to withstand work
pressure.
6. CET-4/6, with good English communication skills, able to meet work
meeting communication and work reports, and German proficiency is the best.
