3.開(kāi)展 KPS 領(lǐng)域的員工培訓(xùn)
Conduct employee training in KPS field
4.工作流程（ SAB/MTM ）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化
Standardization of workflow（ SAB/MTM ）
5.檢查康采恩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的執(zhí)行情況（ 5S 狀態(tài)檢查）
Check the implementation of Konzern standards (5S status check)
6. KVP/ 勞率 /VBZ/HPU等報(bào)告事宜整理
Reporting matters (KVP / labor rate / VBz /HPU）
7.引入規(guī)范化建議管理
Introduce standardized suggestion management
8.檢查 M@WEB 措施庫(kù)的內(nèi)容質(zhì)量
Check M@WEB content quality measure Library
9.對(duì)各車(chē)間持續(xù)改進(jìn)完成情況和改善成果做總結(jié)

資質(zhì)要求Quality Requirment

1.學(xué)歷Education
大學(xué)本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above

2.專業(yè)Major

工業(yè)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)
Industrial engineering or related majors

3.外語(yǔ)Language
良好的英語(yǔ)或者德語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書(shū)面表達(dá)
Good oral and written English or German

4.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)Work Experience:
5 年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least 5 years related working experience

5.能熟練使用辦公軟件 掌握精益生產(chǎn)、 IE MTM 的理論和工作方法；具備主持、管理能力
