Requirements for the candidate
89 Education level: higher (economics, banking, archival)
89 Specialty/field of education: financial and economic, legal, archival
89 Knowledge of foreign languages: Chinese (fluent), English (fluent),– speaking level.
89 Computer skills: a confident PC user, skills to work with basic MS Office programs (word, excel, power point, visio), mailing applications, capability to use office equipment: scanner, barcode scanner, printer
89 Work experience in a similar position at least for 1 year
89 Personal characteristics: responsibility, attention to details, punctuality, diligence, ability to work in multitasking, time management, organization skills
89 Advantage is knowledge of the bank’s operational processes, as well as knowledge of the PRC legislation in the field of archival
Functional responsibilities:
89 Organization of the branch’s activities for working with documents (collection, processing, storage, processing of requests)
89 Engagement with an outsourcing company, control over the performance of work under the contract, organization of payment of bills
89 Engagement with the Banks’s Head Office in the functional area
89 Organization of temporary storage of documents/boxes with documents before transfer to an outsourcing company for storage
89 Conducting a dossier accounting report, tracking dossier statuses, dossier life-cycle
89 Providing dossier upon request, including scanning
89 Formation and control of budget execution in terms of the archival function
89 Development and updating of internal regulatory documents on the process of acceptance for storage and maintenance of documents
