The role.
· Sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive product, solution, and services to
responsible customers.

· Achieve yearly sales target.
完成年度銷售目標(biāo)
· Builds a sound market related network of stakeholders and develop new
customers independently.
建立完善公司業(yè)務(wù)市場相關(guān)的客戶網(wǎng)絡(luò),獨立開發(fā)新客戶
· Cooperate with technical team and other internal departments’ support to
seize business opportunities and achieve sales target.
獲得技術(shù)支持人員以及公司內(nèi)部其他部門的支持和配合,抓住業(yè)務(wù)機會,實現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)
· Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.
開發(fā)所負責(zé)的客戶或區(qū)域的售后業(yè)務(wù)的獲取
· Think actively about assigned tasks and act fast. Sufficiently collaborate
with other colleagues and external partners in project business.
對安排的任務(wù)進行積極思考和行動,在項目型業(yè)務(wù)上與同事和外部合作伙伴充分合作
· Others assigned by manager.

Your profile.
· Bachelor or above major in Automation/Electrical Transmission/Mechanical
Engineering
本科以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)電機、電氣傳動或自動化、機械相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先
· More than 3 years of sales experience and demonstrated good sales
capabilities in LV/HV Motors, MV Drives products.
3年以上銷售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗并具備良好的低壓或高壓電機、中壓變頻產(chǎn)品的銷售能力
· Sales Experience in project business is preferred.
有項目型相關(guān)銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
· Is capable to build up constructive relationship with internal key
stakeholders both internally and externally, good communication skills.
有能力建立有建設(shè)性的內(nèi)外部客戶關(guān)系, 良好的內(nèi)外溝通技巧
· Persistent, never give up, hardworking and teamwork.
具備執(zhí)著和永不言棄的精神, 勤奮,團隊合作能力強
· Integrity, honesty, and loyalty can work under pressure.
正直,誠實,忠誠, 有良好的抗壓能力
· Quick learner and with good business sense
