Job Title: TDE5 ｜ Power ModuleSimulation

Key tasks:
1. Responsible for electrical simulations to analyze the switching and dynamic
behavior of power modules, optimize power module designs to reduce switching
energy losses, analyze and interpret simulation results to improve power module
performance.
2. Responsible for short-circuit and ASC simulations to evaluate the
performance of power modules under fault conditions, identify potential issues
and areas for improvement in power module designs, collaborate with other
departments to optimize power module designs for improved short-circuit
performance.
3. Responsible for CLTC (China Light-Duty Vehicle Test Cycle) / WLTP
simulations to evaluate the performance of power modules in real-world driving
conditions, optimize power module designs to improve fuel efficiency and reduce
emissions, collaborate with other departments to integrate CLTC simulation
results into power module development and testing.

Qualification and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering and Automation,
Materials Science and Engineering, etc.
2. 3-5 years or more of work experience in power modules or related fields,
with priority given to those with experience in silicon carbide power modules.
3. Familiar with the design principles and manufacturing processes of power
modules, understand the characteristics and application scenarios of silicon
carbide devices.
4. Proficient in circuit simulation software (such as Multisim, PSPICE,
Simulink, etc.), possessing certain electronic circuit analysis skills.
5. Having good teamwork and communication skills, able to withstand work
pressure.
6. CET-4/6, with good English communication skills, able to meet work meeting
communication and work reports, and German proficiency is the best.
