Job Title: TDT ｜ ECU System Testing Engineer
Division/Department: Technical Development
Location: Tianjin
Your responsibilities:
1. Responsible to perform electrical tests for Inverter
2. Assembling the necessary testing periphery; Commissioning and
implementation of the tests
3. Interpretation of measurement results, participation in the evaluation
process and transfer the knowhow to the projects
4. Creating the necessary reports and document and presenting these to the
team or in board meetings
5. Development of test procedures, test cases, evaluation criteria’s
6. Coordinating with internal customers; Find a practical way to test the
alternative drives and HV components 7. Responsible for test service
supplier scouting
8. Support test equipment purchasing and commission
9. Responsible for DV/PV /EOL relevant test release
General:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Eletronic and electrical, Automation, automobile
industry
2. Fluent english comprehension/speaking/writing, German is plus;
3. Familiar with MS-office system 4. Willing and able to work in a challenging
intercultural environment; 5. Very high motivation and flexibility and a high
degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and confident interaction with
customers
6. Independent, structured and analytical way of working;
7. Team player
Specific exeprience/Skills:
S1. At least 2 years experience of LV/HV electronic performance testing in
automobile E-drive or industrial E-motor (Operation experience or deep
understanding of Test bench and test instrument, e.g. power analyzer,
oscilloscope) ;
S2. Deep knowledge of Inverter validation technology, experience of inverter
or sub-component development is plus;
S3. Knowledge or experience of standard implementation similar or same like
VW80000, VW80300, VW80303; S4. Ability to write/review/release validation test
report.
