For our DI MC business in NANJING, we are looking for a Quality Manager in
Project.
You'll make an impact by
* The QMiDP is responsible for ensuring product quality and process
compliance in the product lifecycle within MC. Over all responsibility for
meeting quality requirements rests with the Project Manager. The QMiDP,
however, has the expresses authority and duty to escalate to the head of MC QM
and substantial non-conformance with the specified processes and quality
targets.
* Produce a project-specific quality plan on the basis of internal
requirements in coordination with the Project Manager and Product Management
and also ensure compliance with the requirements of the project-specific
quality plan. Project-specific quality reporting in PLM team.
* Represent the project's quality interests in dealings with Development,
Production, Sales, Service and other interface partners. Escalation duty for Q
Gates and milestones.
* Assist with the definition of system target values for products supported
in the project.
* Project-specific quality reporting to the relevant Product Lifecycle
Management roles (CPO or PL and PM) and to MC QM.
* Conduct and/or commission failure analyses to identify product and process
weak points.
* Needs-based delivery or commissioning of quality-related training in the
project.
* Temporary customer support for quality-related issues.
* Involvement in the readiness check for a Q-Gate as "Quality" role.

For the Q-Gate decision, the "Quality" role is represented by the Head of MC QM
Your defining qualities
* Quality engineering experience, e.g. project quality, SW quality,
production quality
* Project management knowhow and experience
* Quality methodology and tools knowledge and experience (e.g. FMEA, risk
analysis, quality control, 6 sigma, 8D, data statistic and analysis…)
* LEAN methodology and process
* Strong moderation, coordination, communication and presentation skill
* Teamwork spirit and influencing.
* Leadership ability is required.
* Knowledge of the industry products is regarded as advantage.
* Sufficient English reading, writing, listening and speaking is necessary
for international communication.
