主要職責(zé):
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 原料庫的日常管理，人員合理安排，流程優(yōu)化。
Daily management of raw material warehouse, reasonable arrangement of personnel and process optimization.
2. 包裝材料和日常輔助材料的采購申請的審批, 原材料的收貨、入庫、出庫的的審批，打印。
Approval of purchase request for packing material and daily auxiliary material. Examination and approval of raw materials receiving, warehousing and delivery.
3. 產(chǎn)品根據(jù)庫位合理碼放，做好標(biāo)識。定期安排整理倉庫物資，及時打掃，保持倉庫環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，做好產(chǎn)品防護。
Stack up the products reasonably based on storage location, sort the goods and materials timely, clean the warehouse timely, and keep the warehouse environment clean and products’ protection.

4. 根據(jù)倉庫管理及EHS的要求做好危險品庫的日常管理工作。
Make daily management of dangerous goods warehouse according to warehouse management and EHS requirements.
5. 及時與保管員溝通，不定期檢查現(xiàn)場的實際運行情況，保證所有的工作都按照流程執(zhí)行。
Communicate with the storekeeper in time, check the actual operation of the site irregularly and ensure that all the work is carried out in accordance with the process.
6. 制定盤點計劃并按計劃組織及執(zhí)行盤點，按規(guī)范要求處理盤點差異。
Establish and maintain inventory cycle count plan, and handle the inventory difference table timely and comply with the management SOP.
7. 推動倉庫DBS改進及日常執(zhí)行管理。
Establish and maintain DBS SW, handle the DM and implementations.
8. 及時完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作。
Timely completion of other work supervisor’s arrangements.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷；
Associate degree and higher education
2. 至少3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
At least 3 years related experience in warehouse
3. 積極進取，責(zé)任心強，熱愛倉庫工作
Proactive, responsible, love the warehouse work
4. 熟練掌握原料倉庫管理的相關(guān)流程，熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)，具備相關(guān)的操作經(jīng)驗。
Familiar with the process of raw material warehouse management, experience on ERP system practice.
