工作職責：
- 協(xié)助公司秘書及治理部團隊向董事會及高級管理人員提供各類支持；
- 協(xié)助收集相關行業(yè)公開信息；
- 協(xié)助部門內(nèi)部行政事務，包括但不限于文檔管理，會務安排等。

崗位要求：
- 英語/法律/商務管理/檔案管理/文秘專業(yè)為佳；

實習期自2023年2月16日起至2023年6月30日，每周至少保持2~3天在辦公室出勤工作。

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Corporate Governance and Secretariat team in providing support to the Board and senior management;
- Collect market intelligence of the industry;
- Assist the administration work of the department, including but not limited to filing management, - logistics arrangement for Board and Committee meetings.

Requirements:
- Major in English/Legal/Business Management/Record Management/Secretary are preferred;
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English;
- Good communication and inter personal skill;
- Strong ownership, and work responsively.

A minimum of 2 or 3 days working in office per week, from 16 February 2023 to 30 June 2023.
