Your Responsibilities:
* Planning of equipment and processes for inverter production from prototype
phase and conceptual phase to serial production
* Responsible to define production equipment and ensure requirements of
operation departments and VW standards are met
* Work together with relevant departments to ensure design for manufacturing
for new projects during product and process design
* Realize cost saving opportunities in regards to series processes and
support in process release process
* Carry Over Lessons Learned from various sources into Serial Production
equipment (e.g. from other plants, other lines, prototype production, …)
* Project Controlling and Release
Your Qualifications:
* Education: Master degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation /
Industrial / Automotive engineering, or a comparable technical degree
* Highly Proficient in English.
* Knowledge of Chinese and/or German is a plus
* 5 years work experience in assembly planning field for automotive components
* In depth understanding of inverter and power module assembly processes,
experience in process development
* Be able to launch a new complete inverter and power module assembly line
* Outstanding communication
