Your Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of HV ECU (high
voltage electronic control unit) components to ensure stable and reliable
performance;
* Participate in the overall design of HV ECU components and develop
appropriate component solutions based on product requirements.
* Research and develop key technologies of key components to improve product
performance and durability.
* Responsible for establishing a lifecycle model for HV ECU and being able to
complete lifecycle evaluations.
* Responsible for selecting EMC mold compound types to meet the performance
and durability requirements of HV ECU products.
* Evaluate and select suitable fixture materials in the manufacturing
process, optimize the fixture process to improve product quality and
reliability, collaborate with other departments, investigate and solve issues
related to fixture materials and processes
Our Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering and Automation,
Materials Science and physics, mathematics, etc.
* Above 7 years or more of work experience in HV ECU or related fields, with
priority given to those with experience in reliability design and simulation.
* Familiar with the design principles and manufacturing processes of HV ECU,
understand the characteristics and application scenarios of HV electronic
components.
* Proficient in circuit simulation software (such as Simulink, PSPICE, etc.),
possessing certain electronic circuit analysis skills.
* Having good teamwork and communication skills, able to withstand work
pressure.
* With good English communication skills, able to meet work meeting
communication and work reports, and German proficiency is the best.
