Job Title: Power Chip Simulation Engineer
Division/Department: CCO_Technical Development
Location: Tianjin
Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute chip simulation models using SPICE software and test
data
2. Analyze simulation outputs and debug potential issues
3. Validate simulation results against test data and industry standards
4. Collaborate with design engineers and other team members to improve
simulation accuracy and efficiency
5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in chip simulation
methodologies
6. Prepare technical reports and documentation related to simulation
activities
Our Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a
related field
2. Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and circuit design
principles
3. Hands-on experience with SPICE simulation tools and methods
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication and teamwork abilities
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
