1 Intern-Land Transportation

Reporting to: Land Transportation Manager, Changchun Branch

2 General Description
? Manage and fulfill delivery orders by managing vendors and ensure high customer service level.
3 Specific Accountabilities
? Order receiving, track and trace, till POD signed and returned, POD checking and filing.
? Coordination with Customer, Carrier, End receiver and relevant internal colleagues.
? Billing and Payment Collection.
? Trouble shooting and Emergency response.
? Record and input orders’ information into ATOMS, TMS, DBC and LFS systems.
4 Skills Required
? Efficient communicator, quick learner, and strong execution capability.
? Passionate, earnest and strong team spirit.
5 Experience and Qualifications
? College students.
? Good MS office in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
