Job Title: TDT | Purchasing PWR 4_Power Electronic Division/Department: TDT Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: * According to customer requirements, local regulations, internal development processes, ISO26262 and ASPICE, define system requirement, key knowledge of power electronics (inverter/DCDC/OBC/PDU etc.) * Technical evaluation and rating of supplier of power electronics (inverter/DCDC/ OBC/PDU etc.) with German development and technically support the supplier nomination. * Supplier management to safeguard the power electronics (inverter/ DCDC/OBC/PDU etc.) development, qualified sample production and delivery on schedule. * As interface of power electronics (inverter/DCDC/OBC/PDU etc.) to coordinate with internal and external development partners to ensure the development of e-drive, vehicle. and coordinate with procurement, quality, planning and production to safeguard the project on schedule while meeting targets of technology, costs, quality etc. * Define the PWR release test with supplier, German development, review the test result, implement risk evaluation for abnormalities found during tests and be responsible for power electronics (inverter/DCDC/ OBC/PDU etc.) release and support for e-drive release. * Technical change management of power electronics (inverter/DCDC/ OBC/PDU etc.) * Proving the fulfillment of system requirement according to requirements of power electronics assembly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Our Requirements: * Education: Master degree or equivalent (or higher) in the field of electrical engineering and automation, control engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification * English (fluent), Chinese and German (preferable) * Several years of professional experience in system or electrical hardware development of high-voltage power electronics in the automotive industrials as well as within the task description described above * Good knowledge of ISO 26262 and ASPICE and deep knowledge of automotive inverter application, function and system design. * Experienced with automotive inverter development process. * Analytical, solution-oriented and structured way of working * High degree of communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team and willing and able to work in a challenging intercultural environment with a very high motivation and flexibility and a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility * Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
