Update the internal communication system/documents, e.g., PRIME. * Supports the ?continuous improvement process” of the company. * Supports for lessons learnt process. * Responsible for coordination of contract with service suppliers, e.g., KUE’s and SOC’s. Our Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar. * Good technical and business language skills in English (written and spoken), Chinese and German (preferable). * Over 5 years working experience at least in automotives industry, preferable in eDrive control, electro-magnetic design. * Deep knowledge of project management (time management, budget planning and controlling) * Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures (PEP
