崗位職責(zé)：
1、Supervision of PM and RM on equipment, to ensure the safety, reliable and stable equipment status. 根據(jù)設(shè)備的 預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)計劃和維修計劃，確保設(shè)備的安全、可靠和穩(wěn)定。
2、Coordinate service requests and schedules given from the customer.協(xié)調(diào)客戶提出的服務(wù)要求和計劃。
3、Supervision for preparing the relevant technical document.相關(guān)技術(shù)文件的編制。
4、Review and optimize provided spare parts purchasing plan for PM and RM.審查和優(yōu)化提供的備件采購計劃。
5、Analyze, record and report reoccurring system failures on equipment.分析、記錄和報告設(shè)備上重復(fù)出現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)故障。
6、Record and Report finished tasks on equipment. 記錄并報告已完成的設(shè)備任務(wù)。
7、Recording and Communication of the status of the equipment.記錄和通報設(shè)備狀態(tài)。
8、Be responsible for and lead Quality management related tasks and reports.負(fù)責(zé)與質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)的任務(wù)和報告。
9、Continuous improvement for onsite equipment.持續(xù)改進現(xiàn)場設(shè)備。
10、Be responsible for training the maintenance technician to improve the technical level and work efficiency.負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)維護技術(shù)人員，提高他們的技術(shù)水平和工作效率。
Qualification
1、College degree or above, majored in mechanical, electrical or related etc.大專及以上學(xué)歷，機械、電氣或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2、7+ years’ experience for equipment maintenance.7 年以上設(shè)備維護經(jīng)驗。
3、More than 2 years’ experience for team management.2 年以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗。
4、Be familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanic systems, electrical, PLC and have the relevant maintenance experience.熟悉液壓、氣動和機械系統(tǒng)，或電氣，PLC，并有相關(guān)維護經(jīng)驗。
5、Capable of reading and editing of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanic system drawings, or electrical drawings.能夠閱讀和編輯液壓、氣動和機械系統(tǒng)圖紙, 或電氣圖紙。
6、Be capable of diagnosing, solving and analyzing equipment failures.能夠診斷、解決和分析設(shè)備故障。
7、Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office Software.熟練使用計算機和微軟辦公軟件。
8、To have good work attitude and team spirit, be innovative.具有良好的工作態(tài)度和團隊精神，勇于創(chuàng)新。
9、English (read, written, spoken) is imperative.必須掌握英語（讀、寫、說）
