        Position Summary: 支持銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo);維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,挖掘潛在銷售機(jī)會(huì)。 Support sales team to achieve sales target, maintain customer relationship and find more sales opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 及時(shí)回應(yīng)客戶詢價(jià),了解客戶需求,記錄并跟進(jìn)收到的銷售線索,將確認(rèn)的銷售機(jī)會(huì)分類并分配給銷售進(jìn)行跟進(jìn); Response to customer inquiries timely, understand customer needs, record sales leads, classify identified sales opportunities and distribute them to sales for follow-up. 2. 跟進(jìn)線上及線下各渠道獲得的潛在客戶信息,并將有價(jià)值客戶信息轉(zhuǎn)至銷售跟進(jìn)與拜訪; Follow up leads from online and offline channels and deliver valuable information to sales to follow-up and visit. 3. 在 CRM 系統(tǒng)中建立新客戶,并維護(hù)客戶信息; Creat and maintain customer information in CRM. 4. 及時(shí)響應(yīng)客戶/銷售的報(bào)價(jià)需求并制作報(bào)價(jià)單發(fā)布,針對(duì)項(xiàng)目型銷售,協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備項(xiàng)目標(biāo)書; Timely respond to customer's quotation demand and prepare quotation sheet. Assist project sales in preparing project bidding document. 5. 積極跟進(jìn)報(bào)價(jià)發(fā)送后的反饋,并進(jìn)行記錄和分析,以確保報(bào)價(jià)轉(zhuǎn)化為訂單; Actively follow up quotation, record and analyze it to ensure the quotation transfer to an order. 6. 制作合同或協(xié)議,并審核合同條款,反饋風(fēng)險(xiǎn)給銷售進(jìn)行確認(rèn)或與客戶協(xié)商,跟進(jìn)合同審批等內(nèi)部流程; Make contract or agreement and review contract terms, feedback risk to sales for confirmation or negotiate with customer. Follow up the contract approval process internally. 7. 通過(guò)電話、郵件等方式發(fā)掘潛在的業(yè)務(wù)需求,拓展新客戶或維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶,促進(jìn)長(zhǎng)期合作伙伴關(guān)系; Make initial contact with customers to explore their potential needs via outbound call and email. Establish new customer relationship and maintain regular customer for further long-term partnership. 8. 應(yīng)收賬款及時(shí)催收,督促客戶根據(jù)付款要求準(zhǔn)時(shí)支付貨款; Ensure the timely collection of account receivable from customer. Urge customer to pay back within payment term. 9. 接收客戶投訴,內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)并跟進(jìn)結(jié)果,提升客戶滿意度; Handle and track customer complaints efficiently to improve the customer satisfaction. 10. 上級(jí)安排的其他相關(guān)工作。 Other related work assigned by line manager. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 良好的交流能力,熟練的電話溝通技巧,較強(qiáng)的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí); Good communication ability and telemarketing skills, strong customer service awareness. 2. 熟悉 MS Office 辦公軟件,熟練使用Excel; Good knowledge of MS Office software, proficient in Excel. 3. 具有較強(qiáng)責(zé)任心,誠(chéng)實(shí)守信。富有工作激情和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神; Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and trustworthy, full of work passion and team spirit. 4. 良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫優(yōu)先。 Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing is preferred. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先; Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or relevant is preferred. 2. 3年以上外企銷售支持或銷售相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn); Over 3 years related work experience with knowledge of sales support or sales in a foreign investment enterprise. 3. 具有商務(wù)合同審核經(jīng)驗(yàn),有能力識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn); Experience in contract audit and capibility to recognize risk. 4. 熟練使用 CRM、ERP 系統(tǒng),有 SAP 經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳。
