Identify project risks and make project budget. 2. 在項目實施階段，根據(jù)合同要求，組織召開項目開工會，制定項目計劃。 Organize project kick-off meeting and make project plan according to contract requirements during project execution. 3. 協(xié)調(diào)項目相關(guān)人員，推進項目的執(zhí)行，確保項目按計劃交付。 Coordinate project team members to facilitate project execution and secure project on-time delivery. 4. 負責(zé)系統(tǒng)零部件選型、GA設(shè)計審核及生產(chǎn)BOM制定。 Take responsibilities of system accessory selection, GA design review and production BOM creation. 5. 協(xié)調(diào)并推動采購部門完成零部件的采購和準(zhǔn)時到貨。 Coordinate and push purchasing department for material purchasing and on-time delivery. 6. 根據(jù)項目實施進度，協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)車間完成系統(tǒng)的組裝、測試、見證和發(fā)運等工作。 According to project status, work with workshop to complete system installation, testing, FAT, and shipment. 7. 完成項目實施各階段文件的編制、提交和客戶審核。 Complete compiling, submission and customer audit of documents required in each stage of project execution. 8. 負責(zé)項目成本和質(zhì)量的跟蹤和控制。 Responsible for tracking and controlling of project cost as well as quality. 9. 項目出現(xiàn)偏差或異常時，組織、協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)人員快速處理并找到解決方案。 Coordinate relevant teams to work out best solutions rapidly when problems and deviations occur. 10. 負責(zé)系統(tǒng)在客戶現(xiàn)場調(diào)試和驗收階段各項工作的組織和協(xié)調(diào)。 Responsible for organization and coordination of system commissioning and quality acceptance on customer site. 11. 支持系統(tǒng)售后問題的分析、處理，并制訂改善及預(yù)防措施。 Support analysis of system after-sales problems. Make improvement and preventive measures. 12. 定期組織項目協(xié)調(diào)會，匯總并匯報項目的進展情況。 Organize project review meeting. Summarize and report project status regularly. 13. 與客戶和銷售團隊保持良好的溝通，保證客戶滿意度。 Liaison with sales team and representatives of clients to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction. 14. 完成項目的收尾、總結(jié)和經(jīng)驗收集等工作。 Complete the job of project closure and lessons learned. 15. 完成主管交辦的其他工作。 Complete other jobs assigned by line manager. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，工科類專業(yè)，化學(xué)工程或化工機械專業(yè)為佳。 Bachelor’s degree or above and engineering background. Major in chemical engineering or chemical machinery preferred. 2. 熟悉過程工業(yè)（換熱器、管道、閥門、電氣儀表），有系統(tǒng)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗為佳。 Being familiar with process industries (heat exchanger, piping, valve, electrical instruments), system design experience plus. 3. 有3年以上項目管理經(jīng)驗。 Above 3 years project management experience. 4. 英語能熟練的聽說讀寫。 Be able to listen, speak, read, and write English.
