崗位職責(zé)：

1. 負(fù)責(zé)三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量程序以及相關(guān)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)文件的創(chuàng)建與更新，并進(jìn)行日常管理，包括測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)、報(bào)告、文件的存檔等。

Responsible for technical review of design concept, acceptance criteria definition and acceptance for measurement fixture and special gauge.

3. 負(fù)責(zé)各測(cè)量設(shè)備、儀器、工裝夾具、量檢具等的維保、備件管理、標(biāo)定校準(zhǔn)等工作的計(jì)劃與實(shí)施。

Responsible for planning and implementation of maintenance, spare parts management and calibration of measurement equipment, device, fixture and gauge.

4. 負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)量資源的合理安排，以滿足進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)、生產(chǎn)放行、項(xiàng)目試制等測(cè)量需求。

Responsible for proper arrangement of measurement resource, to fulfill the demands from incoming inspection, production release, project trial run, etc.

5. 負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)量技術(shù)員團(tuán)隊(duì)管理，進(jìn)行崗位技能的培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)與考核，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)能力。

Responsible for measurement technician team management, train and coach on their working skills, assess for qualification, to enhance the team capability.

6. 協(xié)助主管進(jìn)行產(chǎn)能核算，投資規(guī)劃，人員規(guī)劃等工作。

Support supervisor on capacity plan, investment plan, headcount plan, etc..

7. 完成直線主管分配的其他任務(wù)。

Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

8. 涉及健康、安全和環(huán)境的事件需要立即報(bào)告直線主管。

Report health, safety, and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area.

崗位要求：

1.至少三年以上汽車行業(yè)三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量或量檢具設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

At least 3 years working experience in CMM measurement or gauge design in automotive industry

2.熟悉IATF16949質(zhì)量管理體系

Familiar with IATF16949 Quality Management System

3.熟悉測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析，統(tǒng)計(jì)過(guò)程控制，幾何尺寸與公差
