Responsibility: Supervises and directs the execution according to the ESP completion/workover program. Communicate with all related department and all the vendors regarding ESP issue in order to prepare ESP job plans. Ensures availability of adequate materials, spares, tools and test equipment guided by standard procedures. Provides technical direction to subordinates on fault finding diagnoses and repairs. Inspects work progress/completed work through site visits and/or review of work records to ensure proper and timely execution. Adjusts work schedules to accommodate urgently required work and follows up receipt of work orders upon completion of repairs procedures. Design and optimize ESP installation/workover with ESP sizing software and simulate with different case of scenario. Communication with the Service Engineers to notify them of their job allocation and acting as point of contact for the Engineers when they are working on site. Communicate with ESP Supplier in order to ensure the Supplier allocates enough resources to support field operations. Ensure all ESP working procedures and related SOP document are in place and periodically reviewed. Ensure quarterly service quality meetings are held and follow-up actions properly executed and all the MOM documents. Responsible to review and sign all the ESP job reports submitted by ESP Suppliers. Prepare the final well report after each ESP installations and capture the lessons learned. Requirements： Strong understanding of down hole condition and familiar with all types of ESP equipment include Y-tool, Casing Shroud, POD /CAN system, various of connectors, down-hole sensors, etc. QHSE policy design (related to ESP job issue) and provide suggestions and consulting. Fluent in oral and written English, able to have free communication with people and undertake all kinds of paper work in English.
