? Develop new tools that support automation of processes and working routines within RHA? Update the existing tools so that the work is done in the most efficient way, taking into consideration standardization rules.? Maintain the existing tools to ensure continuous and efficient delivery of the services? Ensure effective trainings in the specific/required area of competence? Cooperate closely with Continuous Improvement Business Analysts and RHA specialists to optimize daily work and find the most efficient and effective way of working as well as the most universal solutions applicable for Operational teams? Work closely with Continuous Improvement Business Analysts to determine, communicate and validate business requirements.? Creating technical documentation inside the code that will be efficient to maintain the tool for any CI Solution Developer, following the agreed standard? Share the knowledge about the existing technical solutions that could support the Business in delivering the best service to the customer as well as in finding the most effective ways of working.
